Heritage School Zimbabwe is an independent, co-educational boarding and day school in Borrowdale Brooke, Harare, serving pupils from ages 1 to 18. The campus comprises four departments—Hericreche, Infants, Juniors and Seniors—with Acacia House providing boarding and a Dining Hall. The curriculum blends the British National Curriculum with Zimbabwean requirements, delivering Cambridge Primary Checkpoint at Year 6 and IGCSE in Years 9–10, followed by AS/A‑level routes in the Sixth Form, including a compulsory global perspective course. Core Senior subjects include English, Mathematics, Sciences, Geography, History, ICT, Art and Design, Music and Languages (English, French, Shona). Facilities include four Science Laboratories, a Food Science Suite, two Art Rooms, a Music Room, a Library with a Research Laboratory, Apollo Hall and ICT resources. The 45-acre parkland supports sports such as indoor cricket, hockey and tennis, plus weekend trips. The school emphasizes leadership and service, with many Sixth Form students progressing to universities worldwide.
Hellenic Academy is an independent, co-educational day school in Zimbabwe offering Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge International AS Levels and Cambridge A Levels, plus Pearson Edexcel IGCSE. The Cambridge Examinations framework guides the curriculum, with preparation for IGCSE, AS and A Level examinations, delivered in small classes for individual attention. From Form One, Greek, French and Shona are taught, with Greek and French continuing to IGCSE and French to AS or A2 levels. Music is offered from Form One to Upper Six with Cambridge Examinations at IGCSE, AS and A Level. St George's College Harare is a private Catholic Jesuit high school in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Cambridge pathway guides Form 1–4, with IGCSE at the end of Form 4; the Sixth Form offers Cambridge AS and A Levels with over 20 subjects. The campus spans forty hectares beside National Botanical Gardens and provides facilities for academic and student life. The Fr Michael Ross SJ Science Centre has eleven laboratories and opened in 2018, and the Strength and Conditioning Centre is a purpose-built facility to support student-athletes. Harare International School is an American-sponsored, independent, non-profit co-educational day school in Mount Pleasant, Harare, serving students from age 3 through 18. It offers the International Baccalaureate continuum—Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme—preparing learners for global citizenship. The Elementary School serves ages 3–11 (PYP), and the Secondary School covers Grades 6–12 (DP in 11–12).
