1. Grade placement and age policy. Grade placement is determined by age with a January cut-off. Entering KG1–4 is by February; entering 1st Grade–6 by February; entering 6th Grade–12 by February. The policy follows the Ministry of Education age rules, and the minimum ages for each level are outlined. The school accepts students aged 3+ for KG entry, with the requirement that the child is 4 years old by February. 2. General admission procedures. Prospective students must submit the following documents: photocopies of Birth Certificate, Passport, and CPR; Original Transfer Certificate; Conduct Certificate; an official copy of the student's academic report from the previous school; a Medical Record for KG moving to Grade 1; 4 passport-sized photos; and any other information relevant to the school. An assessment is required: oral assessment for KG–Grade 1 and written and oral assessments for Grades 2–12, followed by an interview with the Principal or another administrator. 3. Admission to IGCSE and IB Diploma. Prospective students seeking admission to IGCSE and the IB Diploma program meet with the concerned Coordinator and undertake: submit a copy of the academic report; inquire about the program; wait for the call to schedule the entrance examination; pay the required fee and take the entrance examination; wait for the results; if admitted, an interview may be required and final registration proceeds after course planning. 4. For continuing APG students. Returning students attend the pre-IB orientation in March; complete the pre-registration form with parents; submit to the IB Coordinator; discuss with the IB Coordinator if there are questions about the courses; complete registration once courses are approved. 5. Fees. The Entrance Exam Fee is 10 Dinars per student (one-time, applicable to first-time Grades 1–12 applicants). The Registration Fee is 50 Dinars per student (one-time). Tuition fees are listed in the Schedule of Fees for 2024–2025.
