Fox in the Pine is an IB World School in Thessaloniki offering the Primary Years Programme for ages 1–12. The school operates across two campuses: Early Years & Kindergarten A in Pylaia and Kindergarten B & Elementary in Thermi. The bilingual program delivers instruction in Greek and English, with 40 instructional hours per week in elementary years, split half in each language. Learning follows the IB PYP framework, organized around six transdisciplinary themes and central ideas, and supported by the Approaches to Learning to help students become self-regulated thinkers and collaborators. The mission is to provide an enabling environment where children build confidence, independence and resilience through play, exploration and other learning experiences, preparing responsible, global citizens. Facilities include 3 acres of natural yard space, air-conditioned classrooms, and specialist teachers in art, music and physical education. Daily nature-based experiences underpin the program, with ongoing assessment and communication through reports and Seesaw.
