1. Enrollment for the 2026/27 academic year into the first grade requires submitting enrollment forms by January 16, 2026 at 13:00. Download the enrollment form, fill it out, and send the scanned copy to titkarsag@ubz-dgd.hu or hand it in at the school reception. The school address is 4027 Debrecen Sinai Miklós utca 4. 2. Arrival and departure from the school: Please indicate when your child leaves the school. Morning supervision is available from 7:00 to 7:45; afternoon supervision lasts until 17:00. 3. Meals and dietary provisions: If your child has a food intolerance, consult Hungast's information; read the notice and, if you wish to request a diet meal, fill out the dietary meals request form found in the dietary section. Include the medical certificate with the request. 4. Free or discounted services declarations: If your child qualifies for regular child protection benefits or other listed categories, download the declaration for the application. Then fill it out and send it to titkarsag@ubz-dgd.hu or hand it in at the school reception. 5. Student ID card: To apply for a student ID, first visit the local registry office/government window to register the NEK data sheet. You will need personal identification documents and proof of address; a photo is taken on site. After the NEK data sheet is registered, inform the secretariat at ubz-dgd.hu and in the first week of August we will initiate your child's student ID application on oktatas.hu. The process and the card arrival take at least one month. A downloadable certificate showing the application is in progress can substitute the card until it arrives.
