Introduction

The school offers the Middle Years Programme for Grades 5–9 and the Diploma Programme for older students, while its Primary Years Programme is listed as a candidate programme. The MYP curriculum includes language and literature, language acquisition, mathematics, sciences, individuals and societies, visual arts, music, design, and physical and health education. In the DP, students choose six subjects and complete the core elements of Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity, Service. The school’s language provision includes English, Russian, Latvian, Spanish, German and French. A distinctive feature is its long development path from a Latvian-licensed private school into an IB World School, with MYP authorization in 2020 and DP authorization in 2022. Admissions involve registration, a coordinator meeting, school visit, trial day or entry tests, and final decision by the leadership team.

Fees
Application fee

- No publicly published application or registration fee amount is available for the 2026/27 (or 2025/26) admissions cycles. The school's published admission materials require completion of an application/registration form and payment of any fees 'according to the agreement', but do not list a fixed application fee.

Tuition fees by year group (per term and per year)

- The school does not publish a public fee schedule showing tuition by year group, term or full academic year for 2026/27 or 2025/26. No fixed per-term or per-year tuition amounts are publicly listed in the school's admission or policy documents. Tuition amounts are set in the enrolment agreement provided at acceptance.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Billing schedule and specific payment terms are determined in the enrolment agreement between the family and the school; there is no public, fixed term-by-term billing calendar or standard payment timetable published. The school's admission documents state that families sign an agreement and pay required fees according to that agreement.

- The school's published company and bank payment details are provided for tuition and related payments: Company name SIA STARPTAUTISKĀ SKOLA PREMJERS; VAT 40003178790; Address Ludzas street 91, Riga LV-1019; Bank A/S Luminor Banka; SWIFT RIKOLV2X; Account IBAN LV26RIKO0002930338015. These banking details are the school's stated payable account.

Boarding fees (if applicable)

- International School Premjers operates as a day school; it does not offer boarding facilities. There are no boarding fees because boarding is not provided.

Other costs and fees (uniform, meals, exams, extracurriculars, materials)

- No public, itemised schedule for uniform costs, extracurricular fees, exam fees, textbook or materials charges is published. The school's internal regulations note that a canteen operates on site and that canteen payments may be made by student card, bank card or cash, but the school does not present a public uniform or materials fee list. Any supplementary charges are handled through the enrolment agreement or specific activity notices.

Refund and withdrawal information

- The school's withdrawal/attribution rules are published in internal documents. The withdrawal rules state the school may remove a student from enrolment for reasons including non-payment of fees for more than three months in a calendar year. There is no separate, publicly published detailed tuition refund schedule or formula for partial-term refunds in the documents that set out withdrawal procedures. Refund or reimbursement arrangements are to be managed according to the signed enrolment agreement and the school's withdrawal rules.

Fee payment options

- The school publishes a bank payment option (IBAN/SWIFT) for payments to SIA STARPTAUTISKĀ SKOLA PREMJERS and provides the Luminor Banka details above; this indicates bank transfer (international and domestic) is accepted. The school's internal regulations show the canteen accepts student card, bank card or cash for onsite purchases; however, there is no public statement that tuition can be paid by credit card. Payment of tuition is presented as arranged through the enrolment agreement and the school's bank account details.

Summary statement for database use

- No fixed numerical amounts for application fees, tuition by year group (per term or per year), boarding fees, uniform charges, or standard refund tables are publicly published for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 cycles.
