Application fees and initial payments
- A non-refundable application fee of USD 200 is charged at submission of the application.
- After acceptance, a non-refundable School Development Fund (SDF) payment is required per family to confirm registration: USD 1,500 for families registering students from KG1 through Grade 10 (LP/AP) and USD 2,000 for families registering students from Grade 11 (LP/AP) through IBDP2/Grade 12 (LP/AP). The SDF must be paid within the time window required at registration.

Billing timing and payment terms
- Parents must liaise with the school's Accounting Department regarding the breakdown of tuition payments and accepted payment arrangements. The School Development Fund must be paid at registration (within the registration window specified in the admissions process).
- Re-registration fees already paid for a previous academic year are deducted from the first instalment where applicable. Details on textbooks, tablets, copybooks and art-material prices are issued in a separate circular each year. Bus fees are published separately by the Accounting Department and must be obtained from the Accounting Office.
Other costs and mandatory extras
- Additional mandatory/variable charges that parents should plan for include: the annual Education Support Fund (USD amounts listed above), tablet and digital learning material charges, copybooks and art materials (prices announced by circular), uniform purchases at the start of the year, and bus transportation (bus fee list available from the Accounting Department). Exact prices for these items are circulated separately each year.
Boarding fees (if applicable)
- Boarding fees are not published in the school's annual tuition circular. Parents should confirm whether boarding is required/available and obtain any boarding fee schedule directly from the Accounting Department if needed.
Refunds and cancellations
- Tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The School Development Fund and the application fee are non-refundable. Acknowledgement of payment of non-refundable charges does not in itself constitute proof of acceptance.
Fee payment arrangements and contact for payments
- Parents must work directly with the Accounting Department to obtain the payment breakdown, arrange instalments or alternative plans, confirm which payment methods are accepted, and obtain the bus-fee schedule and other optional-service charges.
