Step 1 - Requirements for Enrollment. Submit the Application Form. The Form is downloadable from the Admissions page. Provide the Report Card or Transcript from the previous school; foreign transcripts must be apostille-certified, and a Grade 7 transcript is required if finishing through Grade 12; include a copy of the PSA birth certificate or passport. Step 2 - Dormitory documents. Provide the Student Medical and Inoculation Form (signed by a physician). Guardianship Agreement is required for dormitory students. Step 3 - Interview with Principal. The Interview with the Principal is part of the process. The interview includes a Speaking and Listening Assessment, with questions answered in English, and reading aloud is assessed to gauge ESL needs. Step 4 - Invoice & Payment. An invoice is issued by the School Finance and sent to the parent(s). Payment arrangements are described in the invoice. This step completes the financial obligations before proceeding to the next steps. Step 5 - Uniform Fitting / PowerSchool ID and Saint Paul Email Registration. Uniform fitting is arranged. PowerSchool ID and Saint Paul email registration are issued for the student. Step 6 - Summer Camp. Summer Camp runs August 10-26. It provides ESL support for newly enrolled students after the interview with the Principal. Three ESL classes and three subject classes (Math, US History, Science) are offered free of charge, with shuttle and lunch included.
