Thames British School offers a broad and stimulating curriculum from the Early Years Foundation Stage through Cambridge International A-Levels and the IB Diploma Programme, with a careers programme in Years 12 and 13. IB DP results show Thames students averaged 33 points, with the highest score of 42. Of the 25 diplomas awarded, about 50% qualified as bilingual. The reported results reflect the performance of the IB Diploma Programme cohort in the latest year announced.
For the 2025–2026 intake, Thames British School reported more than 40 global university offers. Offers include placements at UK Russell Group universities such as Warwick, King's College London, University of Edinburgh, University of Manchester, University of Leeds, Queen Mary University of London, University of Liverpool, University of Southampton and University of Bath. Thames British School runs a scholarship programme for academically gifted students in Upper Secondary (IGCSE) and the IB Diploma Programme at the Włochy Campus. Two types of financial aid are offered: Academic Scholarship and Outstanding Merit Scholarship, for Year 10 and Year 12 entrants; entrance examinations apply for some awards and discounts may cover portions of yearly fees.
