Heritage Academy Thomson Campus follows the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum, a Bible-based program focused on mastery learning. Students in Grades 1–6 study core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Literature, and Word Building (spelling and vocabulary). From Grades 7–12, students continue with core subjects and add Bible Studies, along with electives such as Nutrition Science, Business Math, Computer Science, and Foreign Languages.
The curriculum includes regular assessments to ensure students achieve subject proficiency before moving forward. Graduating students receive an American High School Diploma, which requires completing a minimum of 25 credits and meeting specific academic benchmarks.
1. Attend a Pre-Course Counselling Session.
In this session, the admissions team will explain the curriculum, discuss your child’s educational background, and review academic pathways available. You’ll also complete and sign the Pre-Course Counselling and Survey Form, which is required before proceeding further.
2. Submit the Application and Supporting Documents.
Parents need to complete the Student Application Form and provide supporting documents, including the child’s birth certificate, recent academic records, medical information (if any), and passport-sized photographs. Original documents must be presented for verification.
3. Complete Payment for Registration and Diagnostic Test Fees.
After submitting the application, parents are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee and a diagnostic test fee. The diagnostic test helps assess the student’s academic level and ensures proper grade placement.
4. Attend and Complete the Diagnostic Test.
The diagnostic test evaluates your child’s proficiency in core subjects to determine the appropriate entry point. Results will be shared with parents, and the school will confirm grade placement based on the outcomes.
5. Finalize Enrollment and Course Materials.
Parents will complete the PEI-Student Contract and settle the course fees. You’ll also arrange for the purchase of learning materials (PACEs) and confirm your child’s start date. If required, the school will assist with the Student Pass application process for international students.
Heritage Academy does not currently offer formal scholarships or financial aid programs.
However, the school occasionally provides promotional discounts on registration and diagnostic test fees during specific periods.
