Application, Assessment and Enrolment Fees
- No application fee or enrolment fee is charged. Assessment fees apply as follows: Grade 1 – no assessment fee; Grade 2 – EUR 20; Grades 3–11 – EUR 50.
Tuition fees by year group (2026/27 academic year) — annual and per-term
Notes: two columns are shown below — "New Parents (2025 onwards)" and "Founding Parents (2024 onwards)". Per-term amounts are the annual fee divided by three and rounded to two decimal places.
- Grade 1 (age 6–7): New Parents EUR 8,600 per year (per term EUR 2,866.67). Founding Parents EUR 8,200 per year (per term EUR 2,733.33).
- Grade 2 (age 7–8): New Parents EUR 8,900 per year (per term EUR 2,966.67). Founding Parents EUR 8,500 per year (per term EUR 2,833.33).
- Grade 3 (age 8–9): New Parents EUR 9,500 per year (per term EUR 3,166.67). Founding Parents EUR 9,100 per year (per term EUR 3,033.33).
- Grade 4 (age 9–10): New Parents EUR 9,600 per year (per term EUR 3,200.00). Founding Parents EUR 9,200 per year (per term EUR 3,066.67).
- Grade 5 (age 10–11): New Parents EUR 9,900 per year (per term EUR 3,300.00). Founding Parents EUR 9,500 per year (per term EUR 3,166.67).
- Grade 6 (age 11–12): New Parents EUR 10,100 per year (per term EUR 3,366.67). Founding Parents EUR 9,600 per year (per term EUR 3,200.00).
- Grade 7 (age 12–13): New Parents EUR 10,600 per year (per term EUR 3,533.33). Founding Parents EUR 10,100 per year (per term EUR 3,366.67).
- Grade 8 (age 13–14): New Parents EUR 10,700 per year (per term EUR 3,566.67). Founding Parents EUR 10,150 per year (per term EUR 3,383.33).

Reservation deposit and enrolment / re-enrolment
- A reservation deposit of EUR 500 per child is payable at the time of signing/submitting the enrolment agreement (and for re-enrolment). This deposit is deducted from the third term tuition fees. Failure to provide one term's written notice of withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the EUR 500 deposit. Re-enrolment deposit deadlines are published and re-enrolment deposits must be paid by the communicated date.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school operates three financial terms. Tuition may be paid annually or term-by-term. Term payment deadlines are: Term 1 due on or before 01 August; Term 2 due on or before 01 December; Term 3 due on or before 01 April.
- If Term 1 fees are not paid by the Term 1 deadline the enrolment agreement and student's seat may be retracted. If fees remain unpaid more than two weeks after termly due dates the school may suspend student attendance and may charge an extra administrative fee (example administrative charge: EUR 300). Tuition for students joining after the start of the academic year is charged on a pro-rata basis.
Discounts
- Sibling discount on tuition only: 2nd child = 10%; 3rd child and subsequent children = 20% (discounts applied to the youngest child's tuition).
- Annual-payment discount: 3% discount on the total annual fee (after sibling discount) if full payment is received by 01 August 2026. Sibling and annual discounts may be combined.
Included in and excluded from tuition
- Included: tuition, school electronic devices (Chromebooks for Grades 4–11), subscriptions to electronic resources, exercise books (Grades 1–10), textbooks where applicable (Grades 1–10), art and science supplies, and some stationery.
- Excluded (additional costs to budget for): external examination fees and certain DP learning resources, canteen/meals, after-school programme (ASP) clubs, specialist support, external events and excursions, bus/school transport, specified stationery, and school clothing. Learning Support Tier 2 and Tier 3 carry additional charges (see Learning Support Fees).
Learning support fees and other additional mandatory charges
- Tier 1 (baseline universal learning support): no cost.
- Tier 2 (targeted SEN support): EUR 2,500 (paid by families when Tier 2 support is required).
- Tier 3 (intensive / 1:1 support): the full cost of 1:1 support is borne by the family.
- Where a student's support level changes during the year, charges will be pro‑rated and adjustments made as described in the school policy.
Boarding
- The school does not list boarding provision; there are no boarding fees applicable.
Other routine costs
- Canteen/meals, after-school clubs, transport, school clothing/uniform, external trips, and examination fees are charged separately and should be budgeted for in addition to tuition. Late-payment administrative fees are applied where applicable.
Refund and withdrawal conditions
- Parents must provide one full term's written notice of withdrawal to the Admissions department. Where one full term's notice is not provided: the EUR 500 enrolment / re-enrolment deposit is forfeited and non-refundable, and tuition fees paid in advance will not be refunded. The school will refund Term 3 tuition fees only if the withdrawal notice is made before the start of Term 2. All outstanding fees (tuition, canteen, ASP charges) must be settled prior to departure.
Fee payment options and banking details
- Accepted payment methods: credit card or direct bank transfer; direct bank transfer is the preferred method. Parents should include the child's full name as the payment reference.

Late payments and remedial actions
- If fees are not paid by the published deadlines the school may: retract the enrolment agreement and offer the place to another applicant, suspend student attendance until fees are paid, and charge an additional administrative fee (example: EUR 300). The school reserves the right to withdraw offers or places where fees remain in arrears despite reminders.
