Tuition fees by year group (Annual, per term and per installment)
Notes: Annual tuition amounts are stated in Egyptian Pounds (LE) and are the approved figures for the 2025–26 academic year. Term structure is three terms per year; the school normally accepts payment in two equal installments (September and December) from the second year of enrollment. Per-term figures below are shown as the annual amount divided by three (rounded to two decimal places). Per-installment figures below are the annual amount divided by two (rounded to two decimal places).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard practice: tuition is usually billed and may be paid in two equal installments (September and December) from the student's second year of enrollment. New applicants must pay the full tuition for their first year in advance (full payment is expected before the beginning of the academic year; partial payments for new admissions must be completed prior to the start and full payment must be made no later than 15 days after the start of the first term).
- Installment financing: tuition may be settled via installment plans (6–12 months) through the valU partner plan.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; El Gouna International School operates as a day school.
Other costs and mandatory additional fees
- The published annual tuition figures do not include several additional mandatory or optional costs that parents should budget for: activity fees set by the Ministry of Education, books and stationery, school transport (school bus), school uniform, registration/admission test fee, technology fees and exam/assessment fees. Specific amounts for these items are not published in the standard fee table and are handled separately by the Finance Department.
- School uniform is mandatory for students.
- For Year 12 and Year 13 students, exam and subject-charging arrangements may apply (per‑subject charges for AS/A Level candidates, as noted above).
Refunds, withdrawal and notice terms
- A 30‑day written notice is required to withdraw a student. Fees already paid may be fully or partially refundable based on the student's attendance and in accordance with Ministry regulations; final calculation and any refund are made by the school Finance Department. Failure to give the required notice may result in additional charges or deductions before any transfer documentation is released. The registration/admission test fee is non‑refundable.
Discounts and concessions
- No general discounts apply. A sibling discount or an EGIS employee discount may be applied (only one discount type may be used, whichever is higher). Exceptional financial support may be considered by confidential application to the Principal.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (in Egyptian Pounds), credit card payments, and valU instalment plans. The registration/admission test fee must be paid in cash in Egyptian Pounds. The school Finance Department administers invoices and payment arrangements.
