Application fees
- New applicants: USD 300 is charged to open the application file (non‑refundable). USD 500 is required at confirmation and is treated as an advance on tuition (non‑refundable). The two sums together amount to USD 800; these amounts are not refundable if the family withdraws.
Tuition fees (annual) — by year group
- PS (preschool): LBP 90,000,000 / USD 3,500 per year.
- MS (moyenne section): LBP 90,000,000 / USD 3,500 per year.
- GS (grande section): LBP 90,000,000 / USD 3,500 per year.
- CP, CE1, CE2, CM1, CM2, 6ème: LBP 90,000,000 / USD 4,050 per year.
- 5ème, 4ème, 3ème: LBP 90,000,000 / USD 4,350 per year.
- Seconde, Première, Terminale: LBP 90,000,000 / USD 4,750 per year.
Tuition — billing per instalment (per term) and schedule
- Currency options and totals: annual tuition is published both in Lebanese pounds (single LBP amount: LBP 90,000,000 for all listed classes) and in US dollars with the grade‑specific totals shown above.
- Instalment structure (LBP): the LBP total is divided into four equal instalments of LBP 22,500,000 each.
- Instalment structure (USD): for families billing in USD the standard schedule is a re‑registration / confirmation amount of USD 500 plus four scheduled payments whose amounts depend on the year group:
- PS / MS / GS (USD 3,500): Re‑registration USD 500; four instalments USD 750 / USD 750 / USD 750 / USD 750.
- CP, CE1, CE2, CM1, CM2, 6ème (USD 4,050): Re‑registration USD 500; four instalments USD 890 / USD 890 / USD 890 / USD 880.
- 5ème, 4ème, 3ème (USD 4,350): Re‑registration USD 500; four instalments USD 965 / USD 965 / USD 965 / USD 955.
- Seconde, Première, Terminale (USD 4,750): Re‑registration USD 500; four instalments USD 1,065 / USD 1,065 / USD 1,065 / USD 1,055.
- Instalment timing: tuition is billed in four scheduled payments across the school year (first payment at the start of term in September/October, second in December, third in February, fourth in April). Specific payment windows and the instalment columns used by the school correspond to the four dates shown on the school's instalment schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing slips are issued at the start of the autumn term (around early October) and payments are processed through Bank Audi using the account numbers communicated by the school.
- Re‑registration is handled annually around April and the published re‑registration amount in dollar currency is USD 500 (applied as indicated in the instalment tables).
- During the new‑student admission cycle there is an initial non‑refundable USD 300 dossier fee (paid when submitting the application) and a USD 500 confirmation payment to secure the place; these sums are explicitly non‑refundable on withdrawal.
Boarding / residential provision
- Boarding: Not applicable. The college operates as a day school and does not publish boarding/pension rates or internat services in its standard administrative pages.
Other costs and typical ancillary charges
- Uniform: school uniform items are sold through the college; a published price list (summer/winter polo, pull, anorak, sportswear, tabliers, etc.) sets individual item prices. Families should budget for multiple uniform items per child. Example item prices are provided on the school's uniform price sheet.
- Books and supplies: book lists and school supply circulaires are published each year; families are expected to purchase required textbooks and materials according to the circulated lists. The school posts the book lists and supply requirements before the start of the year.
- Cafeteria / meals: the school cafeteria menu posts item prices in LBP (individual items such as sandwiches, salads, snacks and drinks are charged à la carte). Example cafeteria prices appear on the college's cafeteria page. These are paid separately from tuition.
- Transport: pupil transport is provided by an external operator (company Akoury) and transport fees are billed separately by that provider. Transport cost is not included in the tuition figures.
Refunds and withdrawal policy
- Initial payments at application (USD 300) and the confirmation advance (USD 500) are non‑refundable; if a family withdraws after the place is reserved those sums are retained.
- The college requires payment of the full year's tuition in the case of withdrawal after the legally defined deadline of 5 July (families who desist after that date must pay the full tuition for the year).
Fee payment options accepted
- Payments are processed through Bank Audi (school provides the account numbers for LBP and foreign currencies); families make payments by bank deposit/transfer to the indicated accounts.
- The school's accounting office also accepts in‑person payments at scheduled times (for example during registration/confirmation windows cited in the admissions procedure). Instalments may therefore be paid either at the bank or in person at the college accounting office as indicated by the published administrative instructions.
