The school requires the first monthly payments to commence on the published January start date for the year. Adjustments to cover disbursements may be made during the year but must be paid in full by the published year-end date.
- International students: Full payment in advance is required by the published annual deadline (the school specifies the date by which international fees must be received each year). The international fee schedule also requires payment of the enrolment bond on acceptance.

Practical notes on account handling
- Incidental charges (sports, music lessons, trips, consumables) are billed as they arise and must be paid by the due date on that invoice.
- Families choosing instalment plans should ensure their chosen plan commences on the school's published start date to avoid shortfalls; adjustments for variable disbursements must be cleared by the school year-end.
