Uniform consists of BISG-branded navy jumpers or cardigans and a plain white polo shirt or shirt with the BISG logo, paired with navy, gray, or black skirts, shorts, or trousers (Preschool may wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms). All top garments must bear the BISG logo, embroidered or ironed on; logos are available from the school office. PE kit includes a white plain T-shirt, dark shorts or tracksuit trousers, and trainers with non-marking soles; indoor shoes with light soles are required.

Lunches are provided daily by an external catering company and served at lunchtime. The catering offers meat-based and vegetarian dishes. Parents can order meals through ZamówPosiłek.pl, with options to order for the whole week or individual days; students who do not use the catering service can bring their own food.

The school is owned by British International School PL Sp. z o.o., a private limited company in Poland. The leadership is headed by a CEO, with a Principal/CEO and a Senior Leadership Team overseeing teaching and learning, administration, welfare, and support services.

Preschool uses the British Early Years Foundation Stage framework combined with the Polish Podstawa Programowa. Classes 1–6 follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), reflecting a British approach while aligning with the Polish podstawa programowa. Classes 7–8 follow the IMYC. Classes 9–10 use a fully bilingual curriculum in line with the Polish National Curriculum for secondary; English is the primary language of instruction. Classes 11–12 pursue the Diploma Programme (DP) with six subject groups and the DP core (TOK, CAS, Extended Essay). Subjects taught by specialists include English, Polish & PFL, Maths, ICT, History, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Music, Art and PE. Polish lessons follow the Polish core curriculum; PFL is offered for non-Polish learners. Dedicated English instruction includes SPaG, extensive reading, public speaking and exam preparation; learners also receive EAL and SEN support and access after-school clubs. Three BISG facilities provide a safe and caring environment; CCTV and secure doors ensure safety at all times. Preschool and upper primary/secondary campuses have fenced perimeters and coded gates, adding protection, and the school works with parents and authorized individuals to ensure safe pickup.

1. Registration and documents: The registration form (Preschool form for Nursery and Reception; School form for Class 0 onwards) must be filled out and signed by both parents. Additionally, for children from Class 2 onwards, school reports for the previous two school years must be provided. 2. Interview and assessment: An admissions meeting is conducted with the candidate and their parents prior to admission. An informal interview is conducted with all Primary and Secondary applicants to assess their language skills. Secondary school applicants must pass entry tests in English Language and Mathematics. The language of instruction is English. 3. Admissions decision: A decision regarding admission is made after the meeting, interview, and analysis of the candidate's school reports and other documentation. Admission to Secondary school is confirmed only after successful completion of the entry tests. The Admissions Team reviews all materials to determine fit with BISG's programme. 4. Registration Fee & Invoice: The registration fee is 2000 zł. Instructions for paying the registration fee will be sent to the parents by the Accountant. Once the fee is paid, an invoice will be issued. 5. Placement on the List/Waiting List: After receiving the registration fee payment, the child will be placed on the list of candidates or the waiting list for the relevant class in the upcoming school year. The order of applications will be observed. Siblings of BISG students may be prioritized, provided all criteria are met. 6. Place Confirmation: If a place is being sought for the current school year, the first candidate's parents will be contacted to confirm acceptance as soon as a place becomes available in the relevant year group. For those registering for the next school year, the list of candidates will be verified around April, when we receive confirmation of continuation or resignation from the parents of our current students. This will help determine the number of vacancies for the next school year. 7. Signing the Contract: Once a place for a child is confirmed by the school and accepted by the parents, the school contract will be prepared and signed. In cases of admission for the next school year, the contract is typically signed by the end of June. 8. Refund of the Registration Fee: If a child does not secure a place at our school, or if the parents decide to withdraw from the waiting list prior to being offered a place, the registration fee will be refunded. 9.
