Admission & application fees
- Admission (one‑time): USD 1,800 — one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable. This covers student account setup, ID card issuance, initial academic assessment and orientation, registration with the Canadian academic office, and provision of a one-time digital device.
- Annual registration fee: USD 600 per student (charged each academic year).
Tuition fees by year group (amounts shown as annual fee and 10-month installment)
- Grade 1–2: Annual USD 10,000; 10-month installment USD 1,000. (Per-term amount if paid in three equal installments: USD 3,333.33.)
- Grade 3–4: Annual USD 11,500; 10-month installment USD 1,150. (Per-term, 3 installments: USD 3,833.33.)
- Grade 5–6: Annual USD 13,000; 10-month installment USD 1,300. (Per-term, 3 installments: USD 4,333.33.)
- Grade 7–8: Annual USD 14,500; 10-month installment USD 1,450. (Per-term, 3 installments: USD 4,833.33.)
- Grade 9–10: Annual USD 16,000; 10-month installment USD 1,600. (Per-term, 3 installments: USD 5,333.33.)

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition may be paid as a single lump sum at the start of the academic year, in three equal installments, or in ten equal monthly installments. The school applies a 5% discount for families who make the full annual tuition payment at the start of the school year. Installment options are equal divisions of the annual tuition.
- Sibling discounts: two children receive 5% per child; three or more children receive 10% per child. Referral discounts of up to 10% are available when conditions are met.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school with scheduled school hours and on‑campus meal provision.
Other costs and fees
- Meal plan: USD 120 per month (covers breakfast, two snacks and lunch).
- Uniforms: Uniforms are required; detailed uniform costs vary by student size and grade and are charged according to the uniform package selected. Exact uniform pricing is provided to parents at registration.
- Regional and international trip costs (study trips, competitions) are additional and billed separately when trips are organized. Participation in local field trips and many extracurricular activities is included in tuition; international travel costs are charged as incurred.

Fee payment options and practical details
- Accepted payment methods: cash at the school finance office; bank transfer to Kapital Bank (Account Name: Kardan Int Group; Account Number: 2021 4000 7054 7616 1001; TIN and OKED as provided by the finance office); and mobile payments via Click or Payme using school payment codes/QRs. Families must reference student ID and invoice number on payments. All payments are required in Uzbekistan So'm (UZS); the UZS equivalent of USD fees is calculated at the daily USD/UZS exchange rate set by Kapital Bank on the payment date.
