Application / Registration Fees and Deposits
- Bridge & Bilingual: a non-refundable registration deposit of EUR 200 is required for all students; this deposit is offset against the third installment.
- Elementary / Middle-High (non-IB): a non-refundable deposit/guarantee of EUR 1,200 is required at the time of registration/re-enrollment.
- IBDP (Anatolia & Pinewood): a non-refundable deposit/guarantee of EUR 3,800 is required for registrations and re-enrollments. A separate non-refundable dormitory deposit of EUR 3,000 is required for students applying to board.
Tuition fees by program and year group
- Bridge & Bilingual (academic year 2025–2026; tuition and installment breakdown):
- Pre-K / Kindergarten: EUR 670 per year — installments: EUR 200 (1st), EUR 200 (2nd), EUR 270 (3rd).
- Level 1: EUR 870 per year — installments: EUR 280 / EUR 280 / EUR 310.
- Levels 2 & 3: EUR 910 per year — installments: EUR 290 / EUR 290 / EUR 330.
- Level 4: EUR 1,100 per year — installments: EUR 350 / EUR 350 / EUR 400.
- Level 5: EUR 1,120 per year — installments: EUR 360 / EUR 360 / EUR 400.
- Level 6: EUR 1,180 per year — installments: EUR 380 / EUR 380 / EUR 420. Skills class (optional) at Level 6: EUR 150 (non-refundable).
- Level 7: EUR 1,220 per year — installments: EUR 400 / EUR 400 / EUR 420.
- Level 8: EUR 1,260 per year — installments: EUR 400 / EUR 400 / EUR 460.
- Level 9: EUR 1,280 per year — installments: EUR 400 / EUR 400 / EUR 480.
- Elementary and Middle-High (non-IB): payment schedule and instalment timing rather than a single published flat figure per grade is used for the 2025–2026 cycle. The standard payment pattern is: a non-refundable deposit of EUR 1,200 at registration/re-enrollment, a September installment of EUR 3,200, and the remaining balance due in January (first half of January). Discounts for advance full payment and sibling discounts apply as noted below.
- IBDP (2026–2027): payment scheduling and deposits are published for the IBDP 2026–27 cycle. The schedule is: EUR 3,800 deposit (May–June, registration/re-enrolment), EUR 5,400 due mid-September, and the remaining balance due by January 15. Specific per-grade tuition totals are handled through the IBDP tuition calculator for the 2026–27 academic year. Exam and programme-related charges (exam fees, legalisation, re-sits, remarks) are additional to tuition as noted below.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Typical installment structure (examples by program):
- Bridge & Bilingual (2025–26): three installments with published due dates (1st installment due in October, 2nd in January, 3rd in March); the EUR 200 registration deposit is non-refundable and is offset against the third installment.
- Elementary / Middle-High (2025–26): registration/re-enrolment deposit EUR 1,200 (May–June), September installment EUR 3,200 (first half of September), remaining balance due in January (first half).
- IBDP (2026–27): deposit EUR 3,800 (May–June), EUR 5,400 due September 15, remaining balance due January 15. Dormitory installments: dorm deposit EUR 3,000 (May–June), EUR 4,015 due in mid-September, remaining dorm balance due in January (total annual dorm cost EUR 11,030).
- Discounts and penalties:
- A prepayment discount is available for full payment of total tuition by the published prepayment deadline (e.g., a 4% prepayment discount for full payment by late August in the published cycles). Concurrent-enrolment sibling discounts (example: 5% for the second child and larger discounts for subsequent siblings, with the fourth child free in some published schedules) are applied to the younger student. Exact discount rules and deadlines are published for each cycle and apply at the point of billing.
- Pro rata / termination rules:
- Bridge & Bilingual: when a student terminates during the school year a pro rata calculation applies; the EUR 200 deposit is non-refundable.
- IBDP / High School: registration for the IBDP is finalized once the first installment is paid; if a student leaves during the academic year parents remain responsible for the annual tuition obligation, although exceptional circumstances (serious illness or change of residence) may be considered for a partial refund at the administration's discretion.
Boarding / dormitory fees
- Annual accommodation cost for dormitory students (IB / boarding pathway): EUR 11,030 per academic year (total annual dormitory cost as published for the 2026–27 IBDP cycle).
- Dormitory billing: deposit EUR 3,000 (May–June), mid-September installment EUR 4,015, remaining balance due in January; dormitory charges are billed and payable in installments.
- Boarding-specific terms: boarding charges are separate from tuition and are payable according to the dormitory instalment schedule; some boarding-related charges (e.g., certain supplies or special services) may not be included in the published dorm figure.
Other costs and routine extras
- Books, calculators, workbooks and other required learning materials are not included in published tuition figures and are additional parental expenses.
- IB-specific exam and administrative charges: published examples include official IB examination fees (example: EUR 580 for IB exam fees in 2025) and IB diploma legalisation (approximately EUR 130 in 2026); re-sit fees and remark requests are charged separately where applicable. These are charged in addition to tuition.
- Optional program / activity costs: some extracurricular programmes and sports activities have separate participation costs (example: certain sports program costs and bus opt-ins include program-specific fees and may include provision of uniforms for the activity). Uniforms for sports activities are sometimes provided as part of the activity fee; full school uniform purchase costs (where applicable) and other supplies are additional.
Refund information
- Deposits: the published registration deposits noted above are non-refundable and are applied to the final installment where indicated (e.g., Bridge deposit EUR 200 is offset against the third installment; dorm and IB deposits are non-refundable guarantees).
- Termination/refund policy: for Bridge & Bilingual a pro rata calculation is applied when a student terminates during the school year (deposit non-refundable). For High School/IB, parents remain liable for the annual tuition obligation on termination, but the administration may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances (for example, serious illness or change of residence) on a case-by-case basis.
Fee payment options
- Bank transfer (IBAN): tuition and other charges may be paid by deposit/transfer to the school's published bank accounts. Parents must include the student's full name and any required reference codes on transfers; payment confirmation receipts should be retained. Examples of beneficiary naming and IBANs are published for each programme's finance office.
- RF payment code / RF 25-digit payment system: a unique RF payment code can be used at Greek banks for tuition payments; the code is issued per student and remains the same for the student's duration in a division.
- Debit / credit card: card payments can be made in person at the Bridge & Bilingual office for that division or at Anatolia's central cashier (Stephens Hall) during published hours.
- IRIS (QR) payments: IRIS QR-code payments are accepted at the relevant offices for certain divisions.
- Cash: cash payments up to EUR 500 are accepted at the central cashier; transactions above EUR 500 must be completed via bank transfer or card in line with applicable law.
Notes and common concessions
- Sibling discounts and prepayment discounts are applied according to published rules: typical examples include a 5% discount for the second child, larger discounts for the third child, and a prepayment discount for full payment by the published prepayment deadline.
